Wettingen, January 7, 2026 - SPEEEX has completed a strategic majority investment in its long-standing Swiss partners pdc Marketing + Information Technology AG, Profi Office GmbH, and Profi Contact SARL, marking a significant milestone in the company’s international expansion.

The partnership aims to establish a future-proof foundation for sustainable growth, while jointly accelerating the development of new services, innovation initiatives, and scalable technology solutions.

With this investment, SPEEEX and its Swiss partners are laying the groundwork for the next phase of development. The collaboration focuses on enhancing existing service portfolios, opening up new application areas, and driving both technological and geographic expansion across the group.

SPEEEX Switzerland AG is a wholly owned subsidiary of SPEEEX and serves a portfolio of well-known clients, including major players in the telecommunications sector and other industries.

Importantly, the existing owners remain significantly invested in the Swiss group. For customers, employees, partners, and suppliers, business continuity is fully ensured. All operational teams, contacts, and contractual relationships remain unchanged.

Swiss identity and compliance standards are fully preserved, including the exclusive processing of personal data within Switzerland and the EEA, in line with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
